Delivery time<\/h3>\n

Please refer to the relevant product page for the delivery time. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the delivery time for items in stock is approximately 2\u20134 working days from the first working day following receipt of payment.<\/p>\n

Delivery<\/h3>\n

The goods are dispatched in their original box, disassembled. The customer is responsible for assembling the item.<\/p>\n

Delivery by parcel service is to the kerbside or front door. Please note that, as deliveries are made via parcel services, it is not possible to specify an exact delivery date. Furthermore, DPD unfortunately does not offer deliveries to Packstation or post offices. It is often helpful to leave a note on your front door or in your letterbox for the parcel service if you are not at home.<\/p>\n

Delivery charges \u2013 Standard (items disassembled, excl. VAT) <\/strong><\/h4>\n

Shipping of items in disassembled form within Germany is free of charge for you and is delivered \u2018free to your door\u2019.<\/p>\n

This excludes the shipping of spare parts (\u20ac6.95 per consignment).<\/span><\/p>\n

Some of our products are already assembled and can therefore only be dispatched via a freight forwarder. Here too, delivery within Germany is free of charge for you and is \u2018delivered free to your door\u2019.<\/p>\n
